Luminary is invitation-only, by design. We know that there are many brilliant people who could join us, at this time we’re a small team with a commitment to creating a valuable experience for those we partner with.
That said, we’re always interested in meeting wonderful people from all backgrounds, and we do have capacity for one or two more rare and distinguished leaders.
We have a thorough discovery process and an extensive onboarding experience. The commitment to investing in your success is mutual, and it’s not one that we take lightly.
If at the end of our discovery process, either you or we decide that now isn’t the right time to join, we often have opportunities to build teams and partnerships across our connections.
